Viznitz Shul In Bnei Brak (2021)

This large impressive building is the “Beit Midrash” and the world center of the Viznitz Chassidim, located in “Kiryat Viznitz” in the Hasidic city of Bnei Brak. The “Beit Midrash” (a hall dedicated for Torah study) contains 15,000 seats and spreads over 2300 square meters, it seems to be the largest Beit Midrash in the world.
The building was designed by the architect Aharon Oistreicher, who specializes in designing synagogues and Jewish heritage sites all over the world. The impressive structure visible from a distance includes complex stone details that combine traditional design with details taken from Hasidic buildings in Europe.
